Then we found what could turn out to be the perfect house & property for me & worked closely with me to make my dream come true. This deal had many pitfalls & could of fallen through at any moment but she kept at it & steered me through this uncharted territory for me & it all paid off in the end. Closing went smoothly & was actually the easiest part of this deal. Overall her honesty & knowledge were able to get me this house for a good deal & everyone was happy in the end. I'm not sure if I could have done it without her.

She went out of her way to help us get the property we were buying. Whatever questions we had she would have the answer or if she didn't know the answer she would find it out for us. Ann is very good at her job and we would certainly use her again and pass her name onto others. She is the best!

Ann has been knowledgeable (all of the information she provided proved to be accurate as to process and current market values) and thoroughly professional every step of the way. She is truly concerned about her clients, their needs AND their "comfort level" during what is a stressful time period while selling or buying a house. Again, I recommend Ann very highly.

Ann was very responsive to my questions and requests as an out-of-state seller, and the whole process was completed without requiring my presence. Ann worked on weekends and while on vacation to communicate with the potential buyers and with me to obtain a sale. She was very pleasant to work with and very professional.

Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills There are realtors in the real estate market and then there is Ann Haley. A person who loves what she does and it shows by her personal involvement with detail in the best interest of the persons she alone represents. She represented me while my home was on the market. She never missed an update each Monday as to how things were going. My home was always shown by other realtors. To that effect it was perfectly clear Ann represented me not the perspective buyer, therefore, not compromising my investment. She also came into the vacant home prior the showings to make sure all was well, turned on the lights and came after wards to turn them off. (How many others do this?) Ann even went beyond to feed a feral cat for me :) She also offered much needed info on where to either donate or rid of unserviceable items. The home sold quite quickly! Ann had paperwork and all details ready for closing. Easy, Breezy :) I could not recommend anyone else more qualified to represent you either with securing a home or selling your property. AAA+
